Positive: Spa and relaxation area is stunning and well maintained. Excellent service provided by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Located in the beautiful town Ramsau surrounded by stunning landscape. Whole hotel and outdoor area is giving modern yet Bavarian vibes. The food at breakfast and dinner was also very good and the variety in menu is great.

Negative: Basic changing rooms in spa, this could use improvement (space, shower, hairdryer) Temperature across the hotel - when we visited in December, every area (restaurant, bar e.g.) was way too warm to be comfortable (and I'm normally someone who freezes everywhere and prefers a warmer room temperature). Feel this could be improved in light of their focus on sustainability (which is otherwise consistently prioritised).

Summary: Beautiful spa hotel with excellent food/drinks and service.
